The Westerville North Girls Lacrosse Club is a not-for-profit, 501C(3) organization ( New WNGL 501C(3) IN in progress) that was established in 2005 to serve the Westerville North High School Girls 9th thru 12th Grade and their families that desire to learn and play lacrosse in Westerville Ohio , including Westerville North Students that reside in Gahanna, Columbus , & Delaware Counties. The Westerville North Girls Lacrosse Club serves to provide the WNHS Girls & families the opportunity to learn and play Women’s Lacrosse as a Varsity Club Sport recognized through WCS by the awarding of qualified Players with Varsity Letters. The WNGL Varsity Club Team abides within the guidelines, rules, & policies including By-Laws & Constitutions of the OCC, OHSAA, and OSLA, US Lacrosse Assoc. League offers programs for players from 9th grade through 12th Grade. All home games are played at Westerville North High School.
Westerville North Girls lacrosse Club is a independent association and separate from WCS and WNHS Athletic Department Financially and Procedures except within the required OCC, OHSAA, US Lacrosse, OSLA leagues and Assoc. Rules & Guidelines, By-Laws and Constitutions. Founded on the basic principle that the game should be FUN, SAFE, and DEVELOPMENTAL & COMPETITIVE in nature. With the Goal of becoming a WCS recognized Varsity Sport within 4 yrs. We constantly strive to provide our members a family-friendly environment in which everyone (players, parents, coaches and officials) can learn the game and develop a life-long appreciation for it.
